We are looking for a highly enthusiastic person with a commercial mindset, sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our fast-growing Sales team as an Inside Sales Consultant. You will be interacting with key stakeholders within the top 500 enterprises on a daily basis. This role will give you a unique opportunity to quickly develop to a Senior SaaS Sales Executive.

Your mission will be to help Benify achieve this goal by working closely with our Senior Account Executives who you will assist in complex sales processes. In our international HR Tech company, you will get to know customer acquisition and business development from scratch and become an expert in cloud-based software sales. From the first customer contact to the conclusion of the contract you are involved in the entire sales process and develop tailor-made, innovative solutions for our customers. You are responsible for building a pipeline of qualified companies and at the same time you gain expertise in consultative selling.
Some examples of your responsibilities:
- Lead generation through: social media channels, phone calls, email, mailing.
- Execute web-meetings to qualifying leads, in order to set up appointments for Senior Sales Managers.
- Answer incoming leads.
- Set up or assist in marketing activities.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for someone who recently graduated and/or have been working within sales (cold calling, door 2 door, telephone sales etc). Besides that, you must be fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and written, since the work tasks require it. So, what do we search for in our future colleague? We are looking for a person who love to take responsibility and wants to work in a fast-growing company with a start-up atmosphere. You have strong communication skills and are good in building relationships. Also, you enjoy working with others and support your colleagues with a smile. You have a strong interest from consultative selling and business development and wants to learn complex sales processes from the best.
Start: As soon as possible, but we prefer “Ms/Mr Right” to “Ms/Mr Right Now”
